The project site is located in the core area of the Shenzhen Super Headquarters Base. In the regional planning, the building height gradually increases from south to north and from east to west. Exit B of Shenwan Station of Metro Line 9 is located on the north side of Plot 01. The rail service scope completely covers the project plot, which is convenient for travel. Underground connection to the seaside, the design will take full advantage of the seamless connection between the underground business and the subway platform, and the underground connection network will run through the three plots until the seaside of Shenzhen Bay. The design concept penetrates the green vitality of the city into the plot, and the internal open space is linked with the underground connection network to become an organic composite system. The overhead walkway system is introduced and runs through the project plot, creating another "first-floor street" under the urban texture. A multi-platform transportation network can create a three-dimensional block where people and vehicles are separated. Combined with various internal open spaces, in high-density development, green coverage can exceed 60% of the land area. The design will adopt a "low-density" treatment, combining the inner garden and roof garden to arrange low-rise buildings, allowing users to have a peaceful feeling like a peach blossom. The plan minimizes the number of towers and increases the spacing, so that the building can get a wider view. Diversified office environment, the lower floors can be in the nature, and the upper floors can enjoy the sea view. The high-rise office space, with reasonable depth, enhances the benefits of natural lighting and ventilation.
