With Zhongshan Park on the west and Nantou ancient city on the south, the site is located at the intersection between Nanshan Boulevard and Beihuan Boulevard, providing convenient traffic. Natural and cultural resources are abundant in the surroundings.

Multiple functions are included in the project: retail, office, condominium, and public services. Each program is carefully arranged such that they do not interfere with each other, but well fit in a simple building mass. The first floor is mostly open to maximize the permeability in east-west direction. The greenery from Zhongshan Park is infiltrated into the site, also minimizing any blockage to Zhongshan Park.

Retail and public services are allocated inside the horizontal podium volume, with small courtyards inserted and introduce greenery in the retail space. Office and condominium are distributed into two towers and the difference in height creates a signature skyline in the context.

Other than connected through the podium, sky clubhouse in the high zone connect the two towers together, allow communication and interactions between different users and visitors.
